Honoring 251 Years of American History and Concord’s Revolutionary Legacy – 2026 Patriot’s Day Parade

On April 20, 2026, Concord marked a major milestone—the 251th anniversary of the Battles of Concord and Lexington, where the American fight for independence began. This significant occasion provided an opportunity to reflect on the values that sparked a revolution: freedom, equality, civic responsibility, and the pursuit of justice.

For the nation’s 250th Celebration,  Concord commemorated the town’s foundational role in shaping the nation’s identity and the history Concord and it’s surrounding communities played in the formation of our country.

Concord Prison Outreach was proud to participate once again in the parade, as the organization continues to highlight themes of justice, rehabilitation, and second chances, in the reflection of the enduring ideals of liberty and inclusion at the heart of the American Revolution.
