CPO GOT A CUMMINGS GRANT!

We’re proud to announce that Concord Prison Outreach has been selected as a recipient of a Cummings Foundation grant, receiving $150,000 over the next three years. This remarkable investment in our work is both an honor and a powerful vote of confidence in the programs we deliver behind prison walls.

This funding will help us strengthen what makes CPO unique: practical, person-to-person programming that respects the dignity of every participant. Whether it’s a volunteer leading a workshop or someone preparing for life after incarceration, our work is built on human connection, mutual learning, and the belief that change happens in small, consistent acts.

To our volunteers, donors, and community partners- you made this possible. Your time, care, and quiet persistence have brought us to a place where a foundation like Cummings sees the value in what we do together.

At the same time, the need is still great. This grant provides a strong foundation, but it does not cover the full scope of what we aspire to do. To meet the growing demand for our programs and to deepen their impact, we continue to rely on the generosity of individuals who believe in second chances and the power of community.

We’re looking ahead with renewed energy. There is more to build, more to listen to, more to learn—and so much more we can do, with your support.
