We kicked off our new virtual series, Continuous Education Dialogues, with the topic “CPO – Are We Serving Correctly?” to foster a deeper awareness about the complex population we serve in a variety of carceral environments.
This virtual meeting brought together new and familiar faces of our community, sparking insightful discussion about how CPO as an organization is currently serving its varied population and what the future scope of our work could look like.

This ongoing series is a way for volunteers and community members to explore critical topics such as social and criminal justice, health and healing, trauma-informed leadership, and best practices for working with vulnerable populations in prison settings.
Hosted every 4th Thursday of the month from 7:00-8:30 PM, you can register for next month’s Continuous Education Dialogue here. Registration is required so we can send out any reading materials and/or documents ahead of the Zoom, and so we can have a sense of who is attending!
