Keynote Speaker: David Baxter
We are honored to welcome David Baxter, Founder & CEO of Motivational Dreamers, as our keynote speaker.
David is an award-winning national speaker, philanthropist, ForbesBLK member, and bestselling author of The Uncommon Leader: 10 Laws of Leadership. After spending nearly two decades incarcerated, David transformed his lived experience into a life of leadership, service, and impact.
He went on to co-found No Longer 3/5ths, a statewide coalition that became a leading voice in the movement to restore voting rights to incarcerated people in Massachusetts. Today, his work bridges leadership development, education, restorative justice, and reentry, bringing a perspective shaped not only by study, but by lived experience.
